Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the product and packaging for quicker resolution.
